Lions Hunger Relief Grant program is approved – 2026 – 2027
The Lions Charity Foundation of Southeastern Virginia is again pleased to announce our Hunger Relief Grant Program approved at our October 2026 quarterly meeting. The Foundation has made $50,000 available. These funds will be available on a first come first served basis to all District 24-I Lions Clubs starting on November 1, 2026 using the link on this website. So please don’t attempt to apply early. To streamline and effectively manage the application process clubs must apply using the on line Hunger Relief Grant form link. Through a simple hunger grant application process each club can apply for up to a $1,000 grant which can be apportioned between two Club supported food pantry partnerships or food drives. Our foundation’s goal is to support your club’s Lions food pantry partnerships, or food drives during LCI’s Hunger Awareness Month in January 2027.
