On February 25th, from 4:30-5:30 pm the 2021 REACH Program will begin its monthly activities via ZOOM. REACH is currently accepting registration for all Type I and Type II Diabetic children. Scan QR Code at right to Register. The Cost for participants is FREE due to funding from Lions Clubs International Foundation and the Hampton Roads Community Foundation. Lions Clubs are encouraged to distribute this information to their local endocrinologist and those families with diabetic children. This is a great opportunity to reach out into the community and provide a totally free action packed hour of games and physical activity.
Like our in-person REACH sessions, this month (and for the remainder of the REACH sessions for the spring) we want to invite all our REACH participants to bring a friend (via Zoom) to join us during our virtual sessions (registration using the Google Form at the link below is required).
