The 2012 LPGA golf tournament at Kingsmill finished on Sunday September 9, 2012 with one of the most exciting conclusions in LPGA history. It took nine playoff holes and an extra day for Jiyai Shin to defeat Paula Creamer for the Kingsmill Championship title. The Lions Charity Foundation has participated in this tournament at Kingsmill since its inception with the PGA in 1982. It has been our major fund raiser.
